Through the Eyes of a Caregiver - A Hospice Story

Presented at the 2015 Light Up A Life Tree Lighting Ceremony at Mission Hospital. As the keynote speaker, I connect the caring and compassionate work of hospice and palliative care services with the easing of patients and their loved ones during end of life care so there are no, worries, no regrets and no one left hanging on. The message is that many of us will be called to become caregivers and having such programs in place help make the journey of life's passing an easier experience so loved ones can be present and connected in the most difficult times of their lives.
